With more than 20 years of international professional experience, Damir leads Estepona Property Services with a strong focus on organisation, trust and operational excellence. His experience working with international companies and clients helped shape a business built around transparency, responsibility and long-term relationships. He oversees the quality of our services and ensures that every property receives the professional attention it deserves.
Bety Paz
Bety has more than 10 years of experience in marketing, tourism and customer communication. She has dedicated much of her professional life to tourism, including working in Barcelona, one of Europe’s most important destinations. She later continued her career in the Netherlands, where she worked for one of the country’s largest companies. Today she combines tourism knowledge, marketing expertise and a natural passion for hospitality to support owners and create memorable experiences.

With more than 6 years of professional cleaning experience, Sonia is responsible for maintaining our high standards of cleanliness, presentation and property care. Her attention to detail, consistency and dedication ensure that every home is prepared with care.
